Caylee- Husband chose it in rememberance of Caylee Marie Anthony.
Sophia- I chose it in honor of my grandmother whose favorite tv character was Sophia from the Golden Girls.
Bradley- I have always liked the name and it’s less commonly used on young children now.
Allen- My husband’s middle name.
Tammy- I like that you were honest with your opinion, though, you could have said it in a nicer way. Bradley is common, yes, but for older generations. I do not like “trendy” names like most seem to give their children now days. I am not fond of Caylee myself, but my husband got to choose the girl’s first name while I chose the middle and it was viceversa on the boy’s name. As far as her having a name of a murdered child, there have been far more children murdered who carry all sorts of names which means that there are more people with the names of those who have been murdered. Just because it is my husband’s reason for choosing the name does not mean she has to know that is why. After all, she has an aunt named Kayla and could very well assume she was named after her.
Oh, and I cannot help the last name. It’s my husband’s legal last name. He has both his mother’s and his father’s last names and I do not want my children having a different last name than he and I do.

omg ur seriously gonna name ur daughter after her? thats stupid…. and i hate the hyphenated last names. and bradley is actually very common. the reasons for ur girl name is dumb as hell… be original. ur daughter will hate that she was named after a murdered girl and an old bag from some stupid show.

I, personally, wouldn’t name my daughter Caylee because I don’t really like it. It is a little trendy, with a y and a double e. However, I like the thought put into choosing the names, especially the way you chose Sophia. A nice way to remember your grandmother while not naming the girl your grandma’s name directly. I think Caylee Sophia sounds nice.
I really like the name Bradley, and he can choose to go by Brad or Bradley when he’s older, which is nice since both are professional-sounding names. It ages well, IMO. Allen is a nice middle name, I wouldn’t use it on my kid since I don’t personally like it but I have nothing against it. Bradley Allen sounds nice, too.
PS I do feel a little bad for you guys with your monster last name, but I guess you really can’t help it ^.^

I think all your names are great and will age well, except Caylee. There are wayyyy too many girls with that name these days, with various spellings. Its too boring and common for my taste, but if you like it go for it.

Caylee over Sophia and Bradley over Allen
I like Bradley Allen though as a whole name, plus your last name. of course.
Honestly I like more original girl names, but I think it’s great to honor Caylee. Bless you. <3
