Allen Bradley PLC Programming software?

Does anyone know where I can find this software cheap or free?

Unfortunately, you can only buy it from an Allen Bradley distributor and “cheap” or “free” are not words known by them.

Allen Bradley Plcs uses RsLogics and as Louis stated cheep and free are not words they use or even know.
